菏泽市洙赵新河标准化堤防建设探讨

Construction of standardized embankments in Zhuzhaoxin River of Heze City

洙赵新河是山东省菏泽市一条重要的河流,先后经历过三次大规模治理,近期防洪标准由10年一遇提升为50年一遇。从标准化堤防含义和目标入手,阐述标准化堤防的防洪保障线、抢险交通线、生态景观线功能,并在堤防管理现代化、标志牌设置、水文化建设、排水沟布置、多余弃土利用等方面提出了标准化堤防建设中需要注意的事项。结合"四优一无"标准化闸管所建设的成功经验,提出境内全线进行标准化堤防建设和管理的设想。

Zhuzhaoxin River is one of the key rivers in Heze City of Shandong Province and has experienced three large-scale constructions.Recently the flood control standard of the river embankment rises from once in 10 years to once in 50 years.In order to build standardized embankment,more attention needs to be paid on relevant issues such as layout of transportation during flood and disaster relief and scenic spots,placement of drainage ditches and disposals of construction wastes etc.Successful experiences are introduced for making suggestion of building standardized embankment in the whole river basin.
