摘要 熟料、钢渣配制的钢渣水泥中钢渣粉磨的细度及掺量不同,对其物理性能的影响不一样。研究通过分别粉磨熟料钢渣再混合的方法,制得钢渣水泥。采用化学全分析、物理力学性能检测等对钢渣水泥相关性能进行测定和分析研究,得出能使钢渣活性充分发挥的最佳粉磨细度及其在水泥中的最优掺量,最终实现冶金废渣资源的充分利用,改善水泥性能,降低水泥生产成本。 The difference of steel slag's doping quantity and fineness in the steel slag doping cement which was pro- duced from clinker and steel slag leaded to different effects on cement physical properties. In this papery the steel slag doping cement was produced by grinding clinker and steel slag separately first, and then mixing them together. The optimal fineness and doping quantity of steel slag in cement were obtained by complete chemical analysis and physical mechanical property test. The purposes of making good use of metallurgical slag resources, improving cement property and reducing the cost of cement production could be achieved based on the research results.
