摘要
通过计算机模拟调查了椭圆形骨料分布的边界效应。模拟结果表明,对于给定的骨料面积百分数,随着模拟次数的增加,混凝土中各点的骨料分布密度趋于定值。在模拟方法的有效性得到试验结果的验证后,讨论了骨料级配、长细比、最小骨料直径和最大骨料直径对界面层厚度的影响,基于数值结果,发现界面层厚度随着长细比、最小骨料直径和最大骨料直径的增大而增大,也发现骨料级配对界面层厚度有较大的影响。
The distribution of elliptical aggregates in concrete with wall effect is investigated by computer simula- tion. The simulation results show that, as the number of simulations increases, the aggregate distribution density at any point in concrete approaches to a fixed value for a given aggregate area fraction. After the validity of the proposed simulation method is verified with experimental results, the effects of the aggregate gradation, aspect ratio, minimum aggregate diameter, and maximum aggregate diameter on the boundary layer thickness are discussed. Based on the nu- merical results, it is found that the boundary layer thickness increases with an increase in aspect ratio, minimum ag- gregate diameter, and maximum aggregate diameter. It is also found that the aggregate gradation has a significant influence on the boundary layer thickness.
