摘要
武汉作为全国智慧城市试点城市之一,将智能交通作为示范工程之一,建设武汉智能停车诱导系统是对智能交通建设的重要支撑。该文在研究国内停车诱导系统现状基础上,并结合武汉市广泛推广ETC的现实,提出集成ETC的武汉智能停车诱导系统。该系统功能主要包括集成ETC的智能停车收费子系统、基于信息推送的停车诱导子系统和面向社会的综合停车信息服务子系统,系统建设涉及的关键技术主要有射频识别技术、智能无线传感技术、视频识别技术等。最后,为保证本系统的顺利实施,提出了统一管理主体、建立诱导系统地方标准以及完善停车行业相关政策法规等措施。
Wuhan is one of the national pilot cities about smart city, putting smart transportation as one of demon- stration projects, and the construction of Wuhan intelligent parking guidance system is an important support for the construction of intelligent transportation. This paper studies the domestic status of parking guidance systems in China, then combines the reality that ETC has been widely applied, proposing Wuhan intelligent parking guidance system de- sign integrated ETC. The system's functions include smart parking toll subsystem integrated ETC, the parking guid- ance subsystem based on information push and a services subsystem servicing the society and system's key technologies involved in the construction of a radio frequency identification technology, intelligent wireless sensor technology, video recognition technology, etc. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the system, put forward a unified management body, to establish standards and improve the guidance system of local policies and regulations related to parking industry and other measures.
