Practice of Constructing Intramural Practical Training Base of Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Specialty of Private Higher Vocational Schools——The Case of Jianghai Vocational and Technical College

民办高职院校汽车维修校内实训基地建设,应遵循高等职业教育教学规律、效益最大化原则、多功能性原则和可持续发展原则等。在实训基地建设实践中,江海职业技术学院以"人才培养、技能培训、生产经营、科学研究"为建设目标,选择"校内生产性实训基地"建设模式,在实训基地的组织结构、学习层次、运行机制上,创造企业真实的工作环境,使学生感受企业氛围和文化。

Constructing intramural practical training base of vehicle maintenance and repair specialty of private higher vo- cational schools should follow teaching rules of higher vocational education, and the principle of multi-functionality and sustainable development, and so on. In the practice of building practical training base, Jianghai vocational and technical college takes ＂talents cultivation, skill cultivation, producing management, scientific study＂ as the object of construction, choose the constructing model of ＂intramural and productive practical training base＂, create real working environment in enterprises in organizational structure, learning levels, regional division and operation mechanism of practical training base to make students feel enterprises＇ atmosphere and culture.
