高职生实践与创新能力培养的问题与对策——基于用人单位满意度调查

Problems and Solutions for Cultivating Practical and Innovative Abilities of Higher Vocational College Students——Based on the Satisfaction Survey of Their Employers

针对用人单位对高职生实践和创新能力满意度调查反映,目前高职院校存在教学环境相对封闭、教学模式偏于守旧、课程体系尚欠合理、双师素质有待提高等问题。结合用人单位意向,高职院校应建立以校外实训基地为依托,以订单培养为媒介,以联合培养为形式的校企合作架构。

It is indicated by the survey on cultivation of higher vocational college students＇ practical and innovative abili- ties that, the higher vocational schools confronts with the problems of relative close teaching environment, obsolete teach- ing model, unreasonable curriculum system and low quality of teachers. Considering the intents of employers, it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to construct the college-enterprise cooperation framework which is based on off-campus training bases ,supported by order-form training and integrated by joint programs of education and training.
