摘要
针对中亚天然气管道清管站建设时安装温度与运行温度之间的温差相对设计初期增大,可能造成管道某处应力不满足规范要求而成为安全隐患,以及业主提出的应力校核时应同时考虑压气站出现报警(压气站出口温度60℃时)和事故停机(压气站出口温度65℃时)两种工况的情况,利用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对中亚天然气管道清管站在新边界条件下进行了应力校核,结果表明:收、发球筒旁通支管与越站管道连接处应力不满足规范要求。对提出的两种改造方案进行了分析,选择了在收、发球筒旁通支管与越站管道连接处沿旁通支管方向设置管沟的方案,进行清管站的改造。改造后的清管站应力校核结果满足规范要求。该改造方案可为同类型的具有清管功能的长输管道站场建设提供参考。
The temperature differences between the installation temperature and operation temperature of pigging station was higher than that of the design in Central Asian Natural Gas, and the Owner proposed that the alarm and shutdown of compressor stations should be both considered when the stress calculation is made. The stress calculation of pigging station was carried out under the new boundary condition by CAESAR II Software. The results showed that the stress between the bypass pipe of pig launcher/pig receiver and the junction of trunkline didn’t meet the needs of standard. The program to technically reform for the pigging station was carried out by means of digging a ditch along the bypass pipe to conduct the stress calculation. It is considered that this program can be taken as a technical reference for the construction of pigging station in long-distance gas pipeline.
