摘要
在涩宁兰输气管道复线35号阀室处,采用不停输封堵技术实现了涩宁兰一线输气管道与复线输气管道的连接。在输气管道上进行不停输焊接、开孔、封堵、断管、焊接(阀门、三通等)连接属于高风险作业,施工中的安全措施是封堵作业成功的关键要素之一。着重介绍了涩宁兰一线输气管道封堵作业过程中的安全控制措施和方法,指出控制管道和管件内的氧气和可燃气体含量,以及安装隔离囊和临时放空装置,对断管和焊接阀门等作业进行安全保护,是保证输气管道不停输开孔封堵作业安全的两个关键环节。
As to No. 35 Valve Chamber in the 2nd Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Second-line Gas Pipeline, the 1st and 2nd of Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Pipelines are connected by in-line stoppling installation technology. In-line installation in welding, tapping, plugging, pipe cutting and welding connection in gas pipeline are extremely risky, thus a safety operation measures play a decisive role in successful plugging work. This paper mainly describes measures and methods to control over the plugging safety of 1st Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Pipeline, and emphasizes that controlling the contents of oxygen/fl ammable gas in pipe units and protecting the safety of cut pipes and valves welding with mounting insulating capsule and temporary venting device are two key links to ensure the safety of in-line tapping and plugging in gas pipelines.
