摘要
通过分析传统评价模型存在的问题,提出了指标区分权重的概念,论证了为什么底层指标权重不容专家拟定;为什么把专家拟定的指标权重用于计算合成隶属度是错误的。给出标准隶属度函数的构造方法。论证了由单指标隶属度计算合成隶属度的指标权重是且只能是指标区分权重,给出相对合理的方案排序方法。
Based on the analysis of the problems of traditional evaluation model,a concept of index distinguishing weight was put forward.Firstly,this paper explained that why bottom weight can not be decided by expert.Secondly,it presented the reason why the calculation of compositional membership is wrong from the index weight defined by expert.Thirdly,it gave the construction method of standard membership.Proved that the index distinguishing weight is the only index weight to calculat the compositional membership degree.Finally,it give a comparatively reasonable ranking method of scheme.
