摘要
采用ASBR装置,在常温条件下对影响污泥酸性发酵的主要因素如排泥间隔时间、pH、HRT等进行了研究。确定了ASBR处理污水厂污泥的最佳酸性发酵工况,即:温度22℃,进料VS 20g/L,HRT 3.0d,间隔2d排泥,不调节pH。此时,污泥的产酸率为0.128,VS去除率为34%,发酵液的碱度为570~839mg/L,NH3-N的质量浓度为280.1~318.6mg/L,PO43-的质量浓度为29.45~44.32mg/L。
Effects of interval time of discharging sludge, pH and HRT on sludge acidogenic fermentation were evaluated in an anaerobic sequencing batch reactor (ASBR) operated at room temperature. The optimum conditions of ASBR for treatment of sewage sludge were established. The conditions were listed as follows: temperature 22 ℃, the concentration of VS in the feed sludge 20 g/L, HRT 3.0 d, interval time of discharging sludge 2 d and uncontrolled pH. Under these optimum conditions, the acid yield of sludge was 0. 128, the removal rate of VS in sludge was 34%, the alkalinity in effluent was maintained at 570 - 839 mg/L and the concentration of NH3-N and PO43-in effluent was maintained at 280.1 - 318.6 mg/L and 29.45 - 44.32 mg/L, respectively.
