摘要
吉沙水电站引水系统总长约15.58 km,电站额定水头485.00 m,采用一管二机供水方式。高压管道位于调压井至厂房之间,由1条高压钢管、1个岔管和2条高压支管组成。高压钢管采用平段与斜井结合布置形式,总长度1 054 m,最大设计内水压力约652.2 m水头。高压钢管设计进行了明管、埋管方案设计比选,其中埋管方案进行了结构合理性、经济性和施工几方面的综合分析,最终确定了一个施工方便、经济合理,且不考虑围岩分担受力的埋管方案。
The total length of diversion system in Jisha Hydropower Station is about 15.58 km. The rated head of station is 485.00 m and a penstock supplies water to two turbines. The high-pressure pipeline locates between the surge shaft and powerhouse and consists of a penstock, a bifurcation and two branches. The 1054 m-long penstock is designed to have a maximum internal water head of about 652.2m and is arranged in a way of the combination of horizontal and inclined sections. The exposed and buried penstock arrangements are compared, and different buried penstock schemes are also analyzed from the aspects of structure, economy and construction. Finally, an easy-constructed and economic buried penstock scheme is selected, in which the surrounding rock withstands no force.
