以甲基橙废水验证Fenton流化床反应器的研究 被引量:5

摘要 设计研究通过新型Fenton流化床反应体系对甲基橙(MO)废水进行降解处理以验证Fenton流化床的作用。结果表明,常规Fenton反应最佳条件为:初始pH为3~4,H2O2投加量10 mmol.L-1,Fe2+初始浓度0.67 mmol.L-1。常规Fenton体系对MO的降解能力不如Fenton流化床体系,相对于Fenton流化床,常规Fenton对MO的TOC去除率较低,反应80 min后只有35%,而Fenton流化床则有51.2%。 In this study, a novel heterogeneous Fenton-fluidized bed process will be introduced for methyl orange treatment in order to verify the role of Fenton-fluidized bed reactor. The experimental results indicated that under the following conditions: pH of 3-4, dosage of H202 10 mmol.L% 0.67 mmol .L-1 of Fe2% the MO degradation of conventional Fenton system was not as good as Fenton-fluidized bed system, the TOC removal of Fenton-fluidized bed was lower 35% TOC can be removed in 80 min, while in Fenton-FBR may have a 51.2% TOC removal.
