复合弯曲成形的有限元分析及过程仿真

Analysis and Simulation of the Copound Bending Forming Using FEM

以模切板刀片成形为实例 ,简要介绍了复合弯曲成形的特点 ,运用有限元对其成形过程进行了分析 ,建立了外环转角与板料弯曲角度的关系 ,考察了回弹对弯曲的影响 ,并对不同形状刀片的成形过程进行了有限元仿真。

This paper studies a compound bending process of knives of the template.After introducing briefly features of the compound bending process,the finite element analysis(FEA) established.On the base of finite element analysis,the relation is established between the angular angle of the external ring and the bending angle of sheet metal,in the meanwhile,the springback is studied.The forming processes of the different knives are simulated finally.
