摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备银-二硫化钼-石墨复合材料,考察了不同成分的复合材料在大气与气氛中的摩擦磨损性能,分析讨论了成分改变对材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。实验表明:随着二硫化钼与石墨含量比的增大,复合材料在大气中的减摩性能逐渐减弱,耐磨性由于受到材料力学性能与摩擦机理的共同作用,变化不大,在N2气氛中的复合材料的减摩性增强,硬度增大,磨损率下降。对比结果表明,银-石墨(体积分数为20%)-二硫化钼(体积分数为10%)在不同气氛下的摩擦磨损性能较好且稳定。
Ag-G-MoS2 composites with varied content were produced by means of powder metallurgy method.Their tribological performance in air and N2 conditions was investigated,and the effects of the content on the tribological properties were analyzed and discussed for the composites.The results show that: in air condition,with the increase of the content proportion of MoS2 and G,the antifriction of composites gets weaker,and the wear resistance which is decided by both mechanical properties and friction mechanisms doesn't change too much;in N2 atmosphere,when the content proportion of MoS2 and G increases,antifriction of composites gets reinforced,and the wear loss rate gets smaller with the decrease of hardness.In conclusion,the friction and wear property of Ag-G(20%)-MoS2(10%) is good and stable.
