摘要
介绍了以ZL101A为基础 ,调整其中Si含量 ,以及加入RE、Sr进行精炼变质处理 ,从而得出一种新的铝合金变质处理方法的试验过程。试验证明 ,用这种工艺处理ZL101A合金 ,其性能优于用Ti与Sr变质处理的合金 ,并且成本也较低 ,它是一种理想的变质处理铝轮毂材料的方法。
A new modification method for aluminium alloy was found based on experiments in which refining modification was performed by adjusting Si content and adding RE,Sr on the matrix of ZL101A alloy.Experimental results showed that the performance of ZL101A alloy modified by this process was superior to that by Ti and Sr and the costs were rather lower.This method was ideal to modify aluminium hub material.
