摘要
对秤锤树嫩枝扦插过程中的一些营养物质的含量进行测定。结果表明:在插后0~7 d、14~28 d期间,即愈伤组织、不定根的形成期间,嫩枝插穗内的可溶性糖、蛋白质和磷元素的含量明显下降,其中来自2 a生母树插穗处理组7 d时代谢活动旺盛,消耗的可溶性糖下降的最多,下降率达到67.9%;C/N值除了来自2 a生母树插穗处理组波动幅度大,在14 d时达到峰值6.48,其余各组变化不大。
Changes of nutrient contents in soft-wood cuttings of Sinojackia xylocarpa during the process of rooting were studied.The results showed that: during the rooting period of 0-7 days and 14-28 days when callus and adventitious roots formed respectively,the contents of soluble sugar,starch,soluble protein and phosphorus decreased obviously,among which the content of soluble sugar in the treatment of stems from 2-year seed tree had the highest reduction,up to 67.9% on the 7th day compared with that on the 0 day,The value of C/N ratio changed slightly,except that of the treatment of stems from 2-year seed tree which reached the peak of 6.48 on the 14th day.
