摘要
应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术测定了厚壁毛竹展叶期竹秆不同高度位置上内源激素的组成及含量。结果表明:展叶期竹秆中内源激素的平均含量(μg/g)从高到低依次为:GA3(77.30±5.81)、IBA(4.36±0.85)、IAA(3.21±0.73)、ZT(2.63±0.26)、2-ip(2.22±0.35)、6-BA(2.01±0.28)、ABA(1.40±0.10)。2-ip、GA3、ABA、6-BA和ZT的含量均随竹秆位置降低而不断下降,但2-ip、GA3和ABA的含量在中部下降不明显,而梢部和基部位置均呈明显下降趋势;6-BA含量随竹秆位置降低呈近线性减小;ZT含量在梢部下降较快,而中部和基部下降不明显。不同位置按IAA、IBA含量的高低均排列为:中部、梢部、基部。内源激素含量间有明显的相关性,GA3与2-ip的相关性达到极显著水平(R=0.854,P<0.01),ZT与GA3、ABA间、2-ip与ABA间的相关性均达到显著性水平(P<0.05)。
The composition and contents of endogenous phytohormones in the culm of Phyllostachys edulis ' Paehyloen' at different heights in its leaf-expansion stage were studied. The results showed that the phytohormones ordered (ug/g) by the content in its leaf-expansion stage eulm were that GA3 (77.30±5.81 ) 〉 IBA (4.36±0.85) 〉 IAA (3.21±0.73) 〉 ZT (2.63±0.26) 〉 2-ip (2.22±0.35) 〉 6-BA (2.01±0.28) 〉 ABA (1.40 +0.10). In general, the contents of endogene hormones (2-ip, GA3, ABA, 6-BA and ZT) decreased with the decreasing of height. The contents of 2-ip, GA3 and ABA decreased remarkably at both the upper and basal parts, and slightly at the middle parts and that of ZT decreased faster at the upper parts than at both the middle and basal parts. In addition, the content of 6-BA decreased linearly. The sequences ordered by the contents of IAA, IBA were central section 〉 the end 〉 the basal. Extremely significant correlation was found between GA3 and 2-ip (R =0. 854, P 〈0.01 ) , and the correlations between ZT and GA3, ZT and ABA were all significant at the 0.05 level.
