摘要
以基于激光诱导击穿光谱技术对海带中铬元素进行快速定量检测为目的。采用1 064 nm的调Q纳秒级Nd:YAG激光器作为光源,用高精度光谱仪进行采集光谱。研究分析Cr元素激光诱导击穿光谱强度的时间演化特性,实验表明最佳延时时间为1.2μs。对含有不同的浓度Cr元素的海带样品进行测量,建立样品中Cr元素浓度与其激光诱导击穿光谱强度间的定标曲线,线性相关系数达到0.990 29,检测限为54.62μg/g。研究表明:激光诱导击穿光谱技术能够用于检测海带中铬元素含量,并具有实时快速无损的测量能力。
A quantitative analysis of chrome content in kelp was conducted by means of the technology of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. Using the 1 064 nm the Q ns Nd: YAG laser as the light source, and high precision spectrometer was used to collect spectrum. The characteristics of time evolution Cr element-laser-induced breakdown spectral intensity were analyzed. The result showed that the best delay time was 1.2 μs. Kelp samples containing different concentrations of Cr were measured and the calibration curve between the concentration of Cr in the samples and the spectrum tensity was established; its linear correlation coeffi- cient was 0. 990 29, the detection limit for Cr element was 54.62 μg/g. This study proves that laser induced breakdown spectrum technology can be used to test the chromium content in kelp, and is able to do real-time, rapid and non-destructive measurement.
