No ownership concept is the new requirement for the enterprises development resulting from the current competitive environment,which should be regarded as the guiding ideology for the enterprises development.By analyzing the necessity of no ownership concept emerging,and revealing its connotation and value,this paper pointed out the inspiration that the concept brought us： we should be cautious for handling merger and acquisition,and change the development pattern relying on investment growth excessively,stress the use of non-equity strategic alliance,devote major efforts to developing service outsourcing,and improve trading conditions.
