摘要
2012年是实现"十二五"规划承上启下之年,我国企业如何在新的产业嬗变背景下实现转型升级,已成为业界探讨的热点问题。本文提出以技术创新实现企业转型的构想,在可行性分析基础上,以宁波企业为实证研究对象,通过对企业技术创新现状及能力评价,明确基于技术创新的企业转型升级战略方向,并提出具体的策略建议。
The year 2011 is a connecting year between the preceding and following,and it has become hot topic how our country＇s enterprise realize transformation and upgrading under background of new industry evolution.This paper proposed the idea of realizing enterprise transformation by technological innovation.Based on the feasibility analysis,and taking the enterprises in Ninbo as the object of research,and through the assessment about current situation and capacity of enterprise technology innovation,the paper made clear the strategic direction of enterprise transformation and upgrading on the basis of technological innovation,and put forward specific suggestions.
