宠观调控背景下房地产市场可持续发展的研究

近两年来,国家对房地产市场的调控取得初步成效,高房价得到初步抑制,政府在加强和改善对房地产市场的宏观调控时应处理好调控政策与区域经济可持续发展的深层关系。强调保持调控政策的稳定性,促进市场发展的民生性,贯彻到今后的住房政策和房地产调控中,无论对宏观经济的持续稳定运行,还是对构建和谐社会都会起到很好的作用。

In the past two years,the real estate regulation policy has achieved initial effects.and the high price of real estate has been curbed.The govermnent should handle the deep relationships between reginoal sustainable development and the regulation policy when strengthening snd improving the macro-comtrlo or the real estate market.Two views,which are stability of the regulation policy and the livelihood to enhance the role in stable operation of macre-economic and the building of harmonious society.
