结肠靶向剂护肠清毒微丸的制备工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究结肠靶向剂护肠清毒微丸的制备工艺。方法:用单因素考察与正交试验相结合的方法优选护肠清毒微丸的制备工艺,并进行粉体学性质和溶出度考察。结果:制备工艺为采用50%的乙醇与水混合作为黏合剂(用量为75%),挤出转速(折算成频率)为20Hz,滚圆转速(折算为频率)为20Hz,滚圆时间为4min;制得的丸剂粉体学指标合格,溶出较理想。结论:制备的微丸成球性好,工艺稳定、可行。 OBJECTIVE: To study the preparation technology of colon-targeted Huchang qingdu pellets. METHODS: The preparation technology of Huchang qingdu pellets was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment, and mieromeritics property and dissolution rate were investigated. RESULTS: Optimal conditions was adhesive 50 % enthonal mined with water, the amount of 75 %, extrusion speed(exchanged into frequency)of 20 Hz, spheronization speed(exchanged into frequency)of 20 Hz and spheronization time of 4 min. Prepated pellets had qualifed micromeritics inedex and sound dissolution.CONCLUSION: Prepared pellets are round. And the process is steady and feasible.
