The mold structure characteristics and the operational principle of injection mold for guide paper roller were discussed. One mold cavity, twice cavity parting, double-ejection device and core-pulling outside were adopted on the mold with four pin-point gates. The pin-point gates were broken by reentrants. The mold is rational in design, reliable in operation and strong in practicability.
