摘要
[目的]旨在研发一种草铵膦新的合成方法。[方法]甲基亚膦酸二乙酯与5-溴乙基海因以甲苯为溶剂,在100℃条件下反应5 h得到5-(2-(甲基乙氧基次膦酰基)乙基)海因,然后经Ba(OH)2溶液水解30 h得到草铵膦。[结果]该方法可操作性强,总收率81.2%。[结论]避免了NaCN的使用,操作简便安全,三废少,产品纯度高。
[Aims] A new route to synthesize glufosinate was developed.[Methods] A mixture of diethyl methylphosphonate and 5-(bromoethyl)hydantion was stirred in toluene at 100 °C for 5 h to give 5-(2-(methylethoxyphosphinyl)erhyl)hydantoin,followed by hydrolysis with Ba(OH)2 for 30 h to afford the glufosinate.[Results] The method has strong practicability and total yield is 81.2%.[Conclusions] The new method avoid the use of NaCN and has some advantages of simple and safe operation,little waste and high purity of the product.
