首先分析了活塞环失效和缸熄火对柴油机振动的影响;以6160柴油机为研究对象,研究了活塞环失效和缸熄火两种故障工况时的振动特征及与正常工况的区别。结果表明,这两种故障对于整个发动机的振动都有影响,但仅在故障缸附近的机体和缸盖的振动变化才具有一定的规律性。

Discusses the effect of the piston ring fault and flameout fault on diesel engine vibration. On the 6160 serial engine, the contrast tests are made with two fault and normal conditions. The results indicate that two faults produce effects on the engine vibration, but there is vibration varying regularity only in the neighborhood block and head of the fault cylinder. This conclusion can be applied to the piston ring fault and flameout fault diagnosis.
