摘要
船舶辅机钣金件CAD/CAM集成系统是针对小型船舶辅机厂开发研究的,系统由优化排样,数控程序生成及数控程序仿真等三部分组成。利用基于“广义矩形包络”的动态启发式优化排样得到CAM所需的排样图形数据并自动生成NC加工程序。生成的NC程序可利用仿真程序进行校核。
Marine auxiliary plate parts CAD/CAM system is developed for small marine auxiliary plant. The system consists of three parts. They are optimizing nesting, NC programming and NC simulation. The system uses dynamic heuristic algorithm based on widely rectangular enclosure method to create the nesting data which will be used by NC programming modular. The system will generate the NC program automatically. The NC program can be evaluated by the simulate program.
