摘要
党中央非常重视每天锻炼一小时的阳光体育运动,而安全问题却成为影响其开展的瓶颈.文章试图通过从运动风险形成过程的相关主要因素上分析阳光体育开展中存在的不足,并提出相应对策,使阳光体育运动能够得到科学持续的开展.
