布料机系统在南水北调混凝土箱涵施工中的运用

Application of Distributor System for Concrete Box Culvert Construction in South to North Water Diversion Project

南北水调中线一期工程天津干线廊坊市段TJ4-4标以现浇钢筋混凝土箱涵为主,具有结构单一、战线长、工程量大、工期紧、施工强度高等特点。针对本工程的施工特点和布置型式,采用了布料机进行混凝土水平和垂直入仓。文章主要介绍了布料机的结构型式、技术参数、工作原理及生产能力。

The phase-I project of the middle route of south to north water diversion project,i.e.Langfang TJ4-4 package of Tianjin Route,mainly adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete box culvert,which has the characteristics of single structure,wide involvement,large work quantity,short construction period and high construction intensity etc..Based on the construction characteristics and layout pattern of the project,the distributor is adopted for horizontal and vertical placement of concrete.The distributor＇s structure type,technical parameters,working principles and production capacity are introduced in this paper.
