摘要
介绍了一种面向铣削特征的刀具轨迹生成方法。用户在特征库的支持下对所要加工的零件进行特征描述,形成零件的描述文件;系统根据描述的特征信息自动生成面向加工中心的加工工艺和数控加工程序,生成铣削加工的刀具轨迹;并利用功能强大的仿真模块对生成的数控代码进行仿真检验,实时显示刀具中心位置、切削用量等参数,若发现数控加工程序有误,可及时方便地进行修改。
Introduce a system of tool path generation for milling features (TPGMF). The parts is described by consumers who are supported by the characteristic base. Then on the base of described data, the system auto_generate the original code of the numerical control machining and the technical cards faced to the mechanical center, therefore the tool path is got. In the end ,the original code can be simulated with the help of powerful simulation subsystem, and the coordinates and cutting parameters are displayed realtime. If there are some errors, the numerical code can be modified conveniently.
