赤霉素和乙烯利对不同性别苎麻性状、产量和品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以雌性苎麻和雌雄同株异花苎麻为材料,通过喷施不同浓度的乙烯利和赤霉素,系统探讨其对不同性别苎麻的性状、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,喷施赤霉素使苎麻雄性化,而乙烯利使苎麻向雌性方向发展。喷施赤霉素和乙烯利可以提高苎麻产量,本试验中,两种激素50 mg/L和100 mg/L处理时,雌雄同株异花苎麻和雌性苎麻增产效果最好。赤霉素处理下雌雄同株异花苎麻和雌性苎麻纤维支数都降低。雌雄同株异花苎麻纤维支数随乙烯利处理浓度升高先降低后升高,200 mg/L处理最好,为2 688支,雌性苎麻则随着乙烯利浓度的升高而降低,在150 mg/L处理下最优,为2 463支。 Female and hermaphrodite ramie were used as materials to study the effect of different concentrations of gibber- ellin and ethephon on characters, yield and' quality of different gender ramie. The results showed that gibberellin could make ramie to the male direction and ethephon showed the contrary, while both gibberellin and ethephon could improve the yield of hermaphrodite and female ramie, and the best concentration was 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L. The fiber count of her- maphrodite and female ramie in gibberellins treatments was lower than that of control. In ethephon treatments, the fiber count of hermaphrodite ramie showed decrease - increase trend with the increment of concentration, and the highest fiber counts, 2 688 counts, was gained in 200 mg/L treatment, while the fiber count of female ramie was decreased with the in- crement of concentration, and the highest fiber counts, 2 463 counts, was gained in 150 mg/L treatment.
