摘要
对电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定生铁中痕量的Pb、Bi、B试验方法进行介绍。通过采用稀酸敞开式溶解,KMnO4-H2O2氧化还原的方式处理样品,通过基体匹配和分取稀释的方式消除基体干扰,再采用标准加入法对不同质量分数的样品进行测量,使Pb、Bi、B三元素测量结果相对标准偏差RSD均小于5%,加标回收率在90~105之间。
The article describes how to test the trace quantity of Pb; Bi and B in pig iron simultaneously by the means of ICP- MS. The test sample is dissolved with diluted acid and deoxidized with KMO4-H2O2. The matrix is matched, extracted and diluted to eliminate the maxix interference. The Standard addition method is taken to test the test samples with different mass fraction. All of those make the deviation on the test result Of Pbl Bi and B 5% lower than reference deviation RSD. The recovery percentage of the standd addition is between 90- 105 %.
