摘要
结合φ160数控系统的改造过程,介绍数控系统的电气系统组成,电气结构,参数设定及相关功能实现方法。着重阐述了数控系统在改造前先期准备(包括设计,选型,安装,实验等)及调试过程中需要考虑的相关问题。
Based on the revamping of the control system of NCN Φ160 Boring Machine, the article describes the composition, structure , parameter setting and function of electrical system. The article places emphasis on the preparation before the revamping （including design, model selection, installation, testes） and considerations that have to be given during the commissioning.
