摘要
主要介绍用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定铝合金材料7075热变形抗力的试验方法,分析不同应变速度和不同温度的流变应力曲线所显示的材料组织性能,总结出适合铝合金7075热轧的分段周纪华变形抗力模型,通过拟合曲线与实测数据的比较,证明拟合出的分段周纪华变形抗力模型能准确地反映7075的热变形抗力,适用于铝合金热轧轧制力的计算。
The article describes how to test the hot deformation resistance of aluminium alloy 7075 by the means of Gleebe- 1500 hot simulation tester. By analysing the material structure properties indicated on flow-stress curves for dift'erent strain speed and temperature, it is fbund that Zhou Jihua Sectional deformation resistance model is suitable tot the test of hot rolled aluminium alloy 7075. The comparison of the fitting curves with actual test values proves that Zbou Jihua Sectional deformation resistance model can reflect aeeurately the hot defnrmation resistance of aluminium alloy 7075 and therefor, it can be used for the calculation of the hot rolling force of aluminium alloys.
