人类大骨节病与动物骨软骨病的病理学比较

A PATHOLOGIC COMPARISON BETWEEN KASHIN-BECK DISEASE IN HUMAN AND OSTEOCHONDROSIS IN ANIMALS

本文用大骨节病(KBD)18例剖检和24例活检的骨骼材料,50例家猪的胫骨和趾骨,结合动物骨软骨病(OC)的文献,对KBD和OC进行了病理学比较。对比了12个方面,包括该两病的性质、过程和自然发展史,原发性和继发性骨软骨病变,骺生长板和关节软骨的软骨坏死,软骨渠与软骨坏死灶的关系,电镜所见,骨骼病变的后果,X线变化,患病个体的一般状况以及该两病的发生率等。作者提出动物OC是目前已知的,与人类KBD最为相似的一种疾患。但要把它作为KBD的动物模型,仍有几个问题有待澄清;诸如在成年个体发生软骨坏死的可能性、软骨病变的反复发生、先天性和地方性等问题。

Using skeletal specimens obtained from 18 autopsy and 24 biopsy-cases of patients with Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) as -well as tibial and phalangeal bones from 50 domestic pigs referring to the literatures about osteochondrosis (OC) of animalsa pathologic comparism between KBD and OC was made. The two diseases were compared. in. 12 aspects including the nature, process and natural history of the two,the primary and secondary osseo-chondral alterations the chondronecrosis in growth plate and articular cartilage,the relation of cartilage canals with chondronecrotic lesions,the electron microscopic findings, the consequences of skeletal pathology, the roentgenologic changes, the general condition of affected individuals and the incidence of the tow diseases etc. It was found that the similarity and uniformity between OC and KBD are predominant. The author suggested that the OC in animals is now known as the most analogous to KBD of human.Before considering OC to be an animal model of KBD, however,there are still some questions to be clarified such as those concerning the possibility of newly occurring chondronecrosis in mature individuals, the recurrence of cartilaginous lesions, the congenital and endemic nature.
