摘要
本文设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的水稻浸种催芽智能监控系统,该系统由Zigbee自组网、GPRS网以及控制中心组成。以CC2430为主控芯片,结合水位传感器、温度传感器以及GPRS模块,并采用主控与分控相结合的技术进行了系统硬件设计。通过移植TinyOS操作系统和Zigbee协议栈,搭建了软件开发平台。实验表明该系统能够实时、全方位、远程监控催芽箱的温度和水位变化,并能够实现温度和水位的精确控制,实现了催芽生产过程的全面自动化,使催芽效率大大提高。
This paper designs an intelligent monitoring system of rice soaking seed and pregermination based on ZigBee technology.The system consists of ZigBee oneself-networking,GPRS net and the control center.CC2430 is the main control chip of the system hardware design,combined with water level sensor,the temperature sensor and GPRS module,and adopting the technology of master control combined with sub-master control.Through transplanting TinyOS operating system and Zigbee protocol stack,the software development platform is built.Experiment indicates that this system can give a real-time,comprehensive and remote monitor to the temperature and water level in the pregermination box,and realize precise control of the temperature and water level,it realizes the process of pregermination production automatically and comprehensively,and improves the pregermination efficiency greatly.
