摘要
中厚板热处理炉钢板与辊道之间容易出现打滑摩擦,造成钢板出现擦痕,影响了产品的外观和质量,也不利于钢板在炉内的位置控制。通过分析钢板与炉底辊摩擦的原因,并建立相应模型严格控制炉底辊道的速度,达到减少钢板摩擦痕迹的效果。
Slippery friction is likely to occur between the steel plate and the table rollers of the medium and heavy plate heat treatment furnace, resulting in the skid marks on plate which influences the appearance and surface quality and is not good for the position control of the steel plate in the furnace. By analyzing the causes of friction between steel plate and furnace rollers and setting up relevant model to strictly control the speed of the furnace rollers, the frictional skid marks on steel plate have been reduced.
