摘要 提出了一种基于层次分析法和德尔菲法的电力企业备品备件选择的方法.首先由不同专家分别分析物资重要性的各个影响因素,给出判断矩阵.然后用德尔菲法综合各个专家判断矩阵的差异性,由层次分析法求得各影响因素的权重并进行排序,形成有序的备品备件候选集.试验结果验证了此方法的可行性. A new method based on AHP and Delphi method to select spare parts of power enterprises is proposed. Firstly, several experts analyze important factors of materials and then give the comparison matrix. In the process of the weight solution, differences of various experts' determine matrix is integrated by the Delphi method and weight of factors is obtained by the AHP. Then, materials are sorted to form an orderly candidate set of spare parts based on the results of weight. Test result verifies the feasibility of this method.
