安徽省应用型本科高校建设的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Applied Undergraduate University Construction in Anhui

随着高等教育进入大众化时代,一批地方本科高校尤其是新建本科高校遇到了办学定位趋同、办学特色不明显、服务社会能力不强、社会认可度不高等问题。通过回顾安徽省应用型本科高校建设的改革实践,分析存在问题,从国家、教育行政部门和高校三个层面,提出建设应用型本科高校的若干对策建议。

With higher education coming into the era of popularization,some of the local undergraduate universities,especially newly-established ones,are facing problems,such as identical positioning,indistinct characteristics of running a school,weak serving abilities for the society and low social acceptance.Review the reform practice of applied undergraduate university construction in Anhui,analyze the existing problems from the levels of the country,educational administration and universities.Focus on the scientific development of the local public undergraduate universities,especially newly-established ones,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of applied undergraduate universities.
