Exploration on Construction of Regional Medical Information Resources System——Taking Ningbo as An Example

新医改的成功实施离不开信息的有效支撑,以宁波市为例,探寻由医学院校、医疗卫生机构和公共图书情报机构共同联合构建区域性医学信息资源体系。在对宁波市医学信息资源发展现状分析的基础上,进一步从整合现有资源、引进数据库、制作学科导航、建设学科门户、构建循证医学信息资源体系、自建特色资源以及开发网络免费资源几个方面对其建设策略进行了重点探讨。

The successful implementation of new medical reform can＇t do without effective support of information. Taking Ningbo as an example, this paper probes into the co - construction of regional medical information resources system by medical colleges, medical sanitation institutions and public information institutions. Based on the analysis of the current development situation of medical information resources in Ningbo, the auhtor further discusses its con- struction strategies from the following seven aspects：integration of existing resources, importation of documentation databases, making the subject navigation, construction of the subject gateway, constructing evidence - based medicine information resources system, self - built characteristic resources and exploitation of network free resources.
