摘要
德育实效性的研究基于对德育地域文化性的理解。西部农村地区有着自身的文化背景,这在根本层面上影响着学校德育的实效性。这种影响具体体现在以下四个方面:新课程改革的开展;德育课的教学;学校隐性课程的开发;"美德在我心"课程的开展。文化在制约德育发展的同时也为其提供了丰富的土壤,所以提高德育实效性必须从文化入手。此外,要发展教师的道德专业素养,并在教师教育中创新德育教师培养途径;德育课程要从平凡的生活资源中获得更多滋养;学校更深刻地践行新课程德育教学理念。
In the western rural areas the slower economic development limits the conditions of moral education, but this soil also nourish the outstanding cultural character of teachers. In the Whole, the effectiveness of moral education courses is worried or satisfied. The process of moral education is reunification between value-leading and self-construction, which is the organic unity of the five elements; the effectiveness of moral education has the direct relationship with the new curriculum reform. We can see effectiveness in the integrated curriculum and hidden curriculum. The failure of the moral education is about the curriculum as a subject. We need strengthen its effectiveness by strengthening the school culture-building, increasing the teacher-student' s emotion interaction in the Practical activities. Moral education courses should return to life.
