大学生就业能力与高校的课程设置——来自美国高校的启示 被引量:64

College Students' Employment and University Curriculum——Enlightment from the United States

摘要 美国高校把提升大学生就业能力的理念融合在课程设置之中,确立学校课程适应社会生活的课程目标,构建培养学生文化基础与实践能力并重的课程模式,将就业能力的培养落实到教学过程的课程设计,贯穿整个大学生涯。美国高校课程设置理念与策略对我们的启示:落实大学的办学自主权,使课程设置符合市场对人才的需求;增加实践课程的分量,培养学生的工作能力;完善就业指导课程体系,提高学生的就业竞争力。 The American universities emerges the ideas of increasing the students' employment abilities into the curriculum, setting the goals of adapting the curriculum to the social activities, of constructing the balance of cultivating students' cultural basis and practical eompentence so as to put the ability to be employed into full play by course design in teaching and even throughtout their college lives. The idea and strategy of American university curriculum bring us enlightments as follows: to put the autonomous right of founding a university into effect so as to adjust the curriculum and talents to be market-oriented; to increase the proportion of practical courses to cultivate students' working compentenee; to perfect students' employment guidance course system so as to raise students' employment competitiveness.
