摘要
建立了快速测定聚合醇中水分含量的衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)法。分别以981~1 202 cm-1处和1 552~1 735 cm-1处的谱峰面积(A1098、A1640)为聚合醇、水的特征吸收,在一定的聚合醇浓度与水含量比(C聚合醇、C水)范围内建立了标准曲线。使用此法对3个商业用聚合醇的水含量进行了测定,结果同卡尔费修法测定结果接近。表明该方法准确、快速、方便,适用于聚合醇中水分的快速测定。
A method was developed to determine the water content in poly-glycol based on Attenuated Total Reflectance-Fourier Transform Infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy.The peak areas (A) at 981-1,202 cm1 and 1,552-1,735 cm-1 wereused as the characteristic absorbance of poly-glycol and H2O respectively.The calibration curve which the equation isY=1.7845X-0.3527 with the correlation coefficients of 0.9992 was found in the definite range (Cpoly-glycol/Cwater).Threecommercial poly-glycol samples were analyzed by the ATR-FTIR and Karl Fischer methods,and the results were similar,which shows the developed method is accurate rapid and convenient to determine the water content in poly-glycol.
