摘要
在优选出粒径小、粒径分布范围窄、能够进入地层微细孔道达到封堵目的的超细水泥基础上,并通过复配合适的外加剂有效控制超细水泥的水化速度,研制出了一种超细水泥浆。其具有低失水量,流动性好,穿透能力强,水泥石具有微膨胀、低渗透率、早期强度高等优点,抗温能力达93℃,间歇挤水泥稠化时间大于200min,市场应用前景良好。
In this paper,a novel superfine cement slurry system is developed based on optimization of superfine and narrowparticle size distribution superfine cement,and cooperated with some additives that can control the hydration rate.Theexperimental results show that it has the characteristics of low filtration,good rheology,strong penetration,tiny swelling,low permeability rate and high early strength.Furthermore,the temperature resistance is up to 93 ℃,and the thickening timeof batch squeezing cement operation is longer than 200 minutes.
