根据近年来海盗活动和袭击船舶的状况,从船舶和船员安全的角度,提出船舶防抗海盗的具体措施,加强船长、船员的防范意识,以遏制海盗袭船事件的发生,保障船舶和船员的生命安全.
In this article, the author puts forward specific measures for preventing and fighting against pirates based on the pirate＇ s activities and attacking in recent years so as to strengthen the prevention awareness of the captain and the crew as well as to suppress the attacking to ships.
