摘要
试验比较了转双价抗病基因(Chi+Glu)棉与多种不同性状棉花的抗黄萎病性,结果表明:参试7个材料,转双价抗病基因(Chi+Glu)棉抗病性排名第一,病指4.47(高抗病);中棉所24其次,病指4.68(高抗病);209复合性状转基因(Chi+Glu+Bt+EPSPS)杂交棉F1病指8.55(抗病),排名第三;赣棉杂109抗虫棉病指10.66(抗病),排名第四;其余材料为感病。
The resistances of transgenic cotton with double disease-resistant genes(Chi+Glu) and other cotton varieties with different traits to Verticillium wilt were compared through field test.The results showed that: among 7 tested cotton varieties,the transgenic cotton with double disease-resistant genes(Chi+Glu) had the strongest disease resistance,and its disease index was 4.47(high resistance);followed by Zhongmiansuo 24,its disease index was 4.68(high resistance).The transgenic hybrid cotton F1 with 209 complex character genes(Chi+Glu+Bt+EPSPS) had the third strongest disease resistance,with the disease index of 8.55(disease-resistant).The disease index of transgenic insect-resistant cotton variety Ganmianza 109 was 10.66(disease-resistant).The other tested varieties were susceptible.
