摘要
在室内条件下,研究了不同浓度蜂蜜水和交配行为对泽兰实蝇雌、雄成虫寿命的影响。结果表明:饲喂不同浓度的蜂蜜水能延长未交配成虫的寿命,其中饲喂10%蜂蜜水的雌、雄成虫寿命最长,分别为23.58 d±2.65 d和27.39 d±2.29d。在相同营养条件下,交配后的雌、雄成虫寿命都显著低于未交配的。
The effects of different concentrations of hydromel and mating behavior on the life-span of Procecidochares utilis female and male adults were studied under laboratory condition.The results showed that the life-span of unmated Procecidochares utilis adults fed on different concentrations of hydromel could be prolonged,and the life-spans of male and female adults fed on 10% hydromel were the longest,being（23.58±2.65） d and（27.39±2.29） d,respectively.The life-spans of mated male and female adults were significantly lower than those of the unmated adults under the same nutrition condition.
