摘要
利用柱塞偶件摩擦磨损试验机研究了生物柴油与石化柴油以不同的体积比例掺混所组成的混合燃料的润滑性能。实验结果表明:纯生物柴油的润滑性能要优于纯石化柴油,且混合燃料的润滑性能在其中生物柴油比例为20%~50%的范围内得到显著的改善。对该实验进行的建模理论分析很好地印证了该结果。
The lubricating property of several mixed fuels with different volume ratios of biological diesel oil to petrochemical diesel oil was studied by using plunger and barrel assembly frictional wear testing machine.The results showed that the lubricating property of pure biological diesel oil was better than that of pure petrochemical diesel oil,and the lubricating property of the mixed fuel was obviously improved when the proportion of biological diesel oil in it was from 20% to 50%.The result was well confirmed by the modeling theoretical analysis of this test.
