摘要
通过利用甲醇浸提、单因素试验和正交试验探讨了从木瓜中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,当提取时间为5h,料液比为1∶100,提取温度为70℃时为最佳提取条件。在此条件下,对产自广东的木瓜中总黄酮进行提取,其提取率为4.2729%。
In this paper, the author studied the extraction of flavonoids using methanol as the solvent from fructus chaenomelis through single factor test and orthogonal design test. The best technology was obtained in methanol (50 mL) at 70℃ 5h, and the ratio of huctus ehaenomelis to methanol was 1:100. On the optimum extraction conditions, the ratio of total flavonoids extraction was 4.2729% from papa- ya which produced in Guangdong.
