摘要
以大庆油田污染土壤为对象,通过血平板、油平板、摇瓶发酵筛选出了1株高效烃降解菌M。原油摇瓶发酵实验表明原油的降解率为57%。该菌株能够产生大量的活性物质,经傅里叶红外光谱分析表明其产生的生物活性物质为脂肽类化合物,该脂肽类生物表面活性剂理化性质显示它能使发酵液的表面张力从56.1 mN/m(CK)降低为32.3mN/m。排油实验、油水乳化稳定性测定表明该菌产生的表面活性剂能具有较强的乳化原油的能力,展现了较大的应用潜力。
In order to manage the problem of petroleum contaminated soil effectively, a hydrocarbon degrading bacteria and Biosurfactants- Producing Bacteria M isolated from oil contaminated soil in Daqing oil field,. Petroleum hydrocarbon degradation was researched in this the- sis. The experiments of degrading crude oil indicated that the bacteria of M had a powerful ability and the biodegradation rate of TPH came to 57% after 7 d. The bio - surfactants produced by the bacteria of M were mainly indentified as glycolipid by FT - IR analysis. The bio - surfactants produced by the bacteria of M made the surface tension of the medium reduce from 56.1 mN m - 1 (CK) to 32.3 mN m - 1. The study reported that the bacteria have a high oil degradation ability and could decrease surface tension effectively, with large potential application.
