区域文化认同的建构将有利于区域合作的推进,从文化认同视角探讨泛长三角区域合作的基础与阻力是对区域一体化发展进行更深层次把握的需要。安徽与长三角地区亦已具备的"归属性"、"回应性"、"功能性"文化认同是泛长三角区域合作的基础,而经济发展水平的不平衡,行政区利益认同的阻碍,地域文化观念等差异的存在又是区域文化认同构建方面所面临的困境,也是泛长三角区域合作中的阻力所在。

The regional cultural identity construction will be conducive to the promotion of regional cooperation,discussing the foundation and resistance of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation from the cultural identity perspective is the need of carrying on the region integration development in a deeper level.＂The ownership＂,＂the responsive＂,＂the functionality＂culture identity between Anhui and Yangtze River Delta is the foundation of the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation,although long-term imbalance in economic development,administrative benefit identity obstacle,regional culture differences are also the difficult positions which the region culture identity construction aspect faces,which also been the resistance in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta regional cooperation.
